Information

Gackt on February 28, 2006, appeared on the graduation of the Maiko High School in Hyōgo Prefecture, the site of surprising story. After the explanation of circumstances of his arrival; That one year earlier when he was regular on late night broadcast program, he received a letter from a student. The student was in the only environmental disaster prevention program in all of Japan, however the program itself was at risk due to lack of participants, and he asked Gackt for advice. Both having experienced the Kobe earthquake firsthand, and agreeing with the need for preparedness and the curriculum of Maiko High, Gackt sent him the response, "First, become that great person that people can look to learn about the appeal of disaster prevention class". Later the boy wrote to him that the class had managed to add enough people to the class, and that he would like Gackt come to the school's graduation ceremony. One year later, Gackt has maintained his promise. He spoke to them with words of encouragement, and performed his own songs live, among them unreleased song especially written for the graduation, "No ni Saku Hana no Yō ni" (Like a Wild Flower).[1][2]
